No experience needed. You just need to be 18+ years old to drive a UTV. We’ll walk you through a full onboarding to familiarize you with your specific machine and we will also cover a quick safety briefing before you leave. Most first timers feel very comfortable driving a UTV within the first few minutes.
No. Drivers just need to be at least 18 years old. No prior experience is required.
Our off-road park is just a short drive from Gatlinburg. After you complete your booking, we’ll send you the exact address by email and text.
If you prefer to book in person, you can visit our office at 446 East Pkwy, Gatlinburg, TN 37738. We’re open daily from 9 AM to 9 PM.
Absolutely. Our tours are safe for all ages, including toddlers as young as 1 and 3 years old. If your child uses a car seat or booster seat in your vehicle, please bring it with you and we will install it properly in your UTV.
Yes, every passenger must have their own seat, regardless of age. Lap sitting is not permitted under any circumstances, including for children and toddlers.
Yes, we allow one opportunity to switch drivers during the tour, typically at the halfway point of the tour which is often at our Million Dollar View stop.
No problem. We offer a Ride With a Guide option for guests who prefer not to drive and would rather sit back and enjoy the experience. Please call us at (912) 270-5222 after checkout, and we’ll help you arrange it.
Yes! Our guides are happy to take photos of your family so you can have unforgettable memories of the experience.
Yes, your furry friends are welcome. We just ask that you bring a towel or blanket to help protect the seats.
No, it’s not required. Our UTVs come equipped with seat belts, a roll cage, and a windshield for added protection. If you want extra eye protection from mud and water, goggles are available for purchase in the store.
We operate 365 days a year rain or shine. In fact, rain often makes the trails even more fun. We have ponchos and goggles for extra protection available for purchase at the Park. If conditions are extreme and it’s not safe to ride, we’ll reschedule your tour.
Yes, we run the latest SXS from top brands like Polaris, Honda, Yahama, Can-Am, and Kawasaki. All of our UTVs are high-quality vehicles that follow a strict schedule for maintenance and service.

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your spot, especially during peak seasons.
You can cancel up to 7 days before the date of your reservation for a full refund. If you cancel within 7 days of your reservation, we can offer a credit that never expires or help you reschedule your booking.
Please note that reservations changed or rescheduled within 7 days of the original booking remain subject to the original reservation date and are not eligible for a refund.
