Where do I check in?

Our off-road park is just a short drive from Gatlinburg. After you complete your booking, we’ll send you the exact address by email and text.

If you prefer to book in person, our office address is 446 East Pkwy, Gatlinburg, TN 37738. We’re open daily from 9 AM to 9 PM.

No experience needed. You just need to be 18 or older to drive a UTV. Before you head out, we’ll walk you through your specific vehicle and cover a quick safety briefing. Most first-time drivers feel comfortable within the first few minutes.

No. Drivers just need to be at least 18 years old.

The tour lasts 1.5 hours (90 minutes) including stops.

Absolutely. Our tours are safe for all ages, including toddlers as young as 1 and 3 years old. If your child uses a car seat or booster seat in your vehicle, please bring it with you and we will install it properly in your UTV.

Yes, every passenger must have their own seat, regardless of age. Lap sitting is not allowed under any circumstances.

Yes, we allow one opportunity to switch drivers during the tour, typically at the halfway point of the tour which is at our Million Dollar View stop.

No problem! We offer a Ride with a guide option for guests who’d rather sit back, relax, and enjoy the experience. Just give us a call at (912) 270-5222 after checkout, and we’ll help you get everything set up.

Yes! Our guides are happy to take photos of your group so you can have unforgettable memories of the experience.

Yes, we are pet-friendly! Your furry friends are welcome.

We operate 365 days a year, rain or shine. Light rain can actually make the trails even more enjoyable. If you want extra protection, we have ponchos and goggles available for purchase at the Park. If the weather gets too severe and it’s not safe to ride, we’ll help you reschedule your tour.

Yes, we run the latest SXS from top brands like Polaris, Honda, Yahama, Can-Am, and Kawasaki. All of our UTVs are high-quality vehicles that follow a strict schedule for maintenance and service.

Yes, car seats and booster seats are available. Bring your children along for the ride for either our street-legal UTV rentals or an off-road tour.

Yes, we have enclosed units with heat. Regardless, we will help you stay warm.

It would be ideal if you booked in advance and would speed up the process for your rental 🙂 It’s super easy to book online through our site. Off-Road Gatlinburg uses the top tourist booking software that most others in the industry use, which will make it super simple on the both of us.

Off-Road Gatlinburg offers 2, 4, 5, and 6 seater UTV rental options.

Here’s what’s involved:

  1. Book online
  2. Sign e-forms on -or- before arrival (i.e. waiver of liability, etc.)
  3. Check-in on the day of your rental
  4. Receive operational instructions on your rental

All of our UTVs are high-quality vehicles that are kept in perfect condition to ensure your safety and enjoyment.

Yes, you can show up and rent a powersports rental -IF- units are available. It’s best to book well in advance.

A valid credit card and drivers license is required as well as full covarage auto insurance. You also must be 22 years of age to rent a street-legal UTV. Off-Road Gatlinburg will hold your credit card on file via Peek incase of an accident if there are damages not picked up by our renters Insurance (or for the deductible).

No. Our street-legal units are for on-road use only; however – we supply really cool routes on dirt roads that most would need 4×4 to drive on! If our GPS indicates that you are off-road, you’ll have to bring the rental back and there will be no refunds. Renters insurance doesn’t cover off-road use. When vehicles are off roaded, they also incur damage that isn’t reflected in the price to rent. It also cost more to clean the vehicle after it’s off roaded.

22 years old to rent and drive a street-legal UTV, It’s not up to us with our insurance policy. If someone wrecks or has an accident and they’re under 22, insurance won’t cover it and you’ll be left with the full amount of damages and etc. We hate it’s this way, but we have to adhere to the insurance standards and policies we’ve agreed to. 

Yes, you have to wear a seatbelt in accordance with the law.
No, it’s not necessary, but you can if you’d like and if it makes you feel more comfortable. In the summer, summer clothing is fine. In the fall, a light thermal is recommended under your normal clothes. All our units have biki tops and DOT windshields to keep the elements off you.
