What to Know Before You Book a UTV in Gatlinburg

Not sure what to expect? Read this first. Everything you need to make the right call before you book — which experience fits your group, what to bring, and what happens on the day.

Which experience is for you?

Off-Road Tour — You drive, a guide leads. 90 minutes on private trails off-road. Rugged terrain, creek crossings, one big viewpoint at the top. No license needed, just be 18+.

UTV Rental — You pick a route from 9 options, we send the GPS maps to your phone. You go at your own pace. Need a valid driver’s license and be 22+.

What to bring

For the Off-Road Tour:

  • Clothes you don’t mind getting dirty
  • Closed-toe shoes
  • Sunglasses or goggles (goggles available for purchase on-site)
  • Car seat or booster if you’re bringing a toddler

For the UTV Rental:

  • Valid driver’s license (must be 22+)
  • Credit card in the driver’s name
  • Proof of full-coverage auto insurance

Pets welcome — bring a towel for the seats.

  • Our off-road park is located about 40 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg.
  • Exact address is sent by email after booking — we keep it private for confirmed guests only.
  • Open daily 9 AM – 7 PM, 365 days a year.

Rain and cancellations

We operate every day including rain. If it gets severe we reschedule at no cost.

Cancel 7+ days before: full refund.
Cancel within 7 days: credit that never expires.
