We’re located at 446 East Pkwy, Gatlinburg, TN 37738, and we are open every day from 9 AM to 9 PM.
– Start by choosing your UTV, rental date, and preferred duration. You can browse the available routes on our rentals page before booking.
– Complete your booking and sign your e-forms. You can do this before arrival or at check-in.
– When you arrive, we’ll check you in, give you a quick vehicle walkthrough, and help you choose your route. After booking, just let our staff know which route you’d like, and we’ll provide your GPS maps through the REVER app.
Route maps are only provided after booking. Our routes are not available on standard map apps, so you’ll get access to exclusive roads.

You must be at least 22 years old. This is required by our insurance policy. You’ll also need:
A valid driver’s license
A valid credit card
Full-coverage auto insurance
Your credit or debit card must match your photo ID and proof of insurance. We keep a card on file through our booking system in case of damage not covered by insurance or to cover the deductible if needed.
Yes. A valid driver’s license is required to drive a street-legal UTV.
Pricing is based on the length of your rental, not the number of passengers. It’s a 2 hr rental minimum, which starts at $169. You can rent a UTV for up to 24 hours for $499, and longer rental options are also available.
Yes. Book your UTV at least 8 days in advance and use code EARLY8 at checkout to get 10% off.
If you’re booking for a large group, give us a call to ask about group rates.
Yes. We offer enclosed models like the Can-Am Defender which comes with heat and A/C which are perfect for cold or rainy days.
Absolutely. Pets are welcome on our street-legal UTV rentals.
Yes, car seats and booster seats are allowed. Bring your children along for the ride for either our street-legal UTV rentals or an off-road tour.
Yes. Every passenger must have their own seat, regardless of age. Lap sitting is not allowed.
We highly recommend booking in advance to make the process faster and to help ensure availability. Same-day rentals may be available, but they are first come, first served.
Yes, you can show up and rent a UTV if units are available. However, we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred vehicle and date.
No. Our street-legal UTVs are for on-road use only. However, we do provide scenic routes that include dirt roads and less-traveled areas.
If our GPS shows that the vehicle was used off-road, you will be required to return it immediately and no refund will be issued. Off-road use is not covered by renter’s insurance and may result in additional cleaning or damage charges.
We ride in most weather conditions, so a little rain or cold usually won’t stop your rental. If you want a more comfortable ride, we also offer enclosed UTVs with heat and A/C.
If the weather turns severe and it’s not safe to go out, we’ll help you reschedule.
You can cancel up to 7 days in advance for a full refund.
